where would be a good place in canada to study interior design if there isnt any in nova scotia?

I am designing a line of women’s casual apparel and I am looking for pattern makers, wholesale textile/fabric stores, and places I can get my prototypes made, any suggestions? SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA
